At Bubblitz, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our warranty terms carefully before use.

6-Month Manufacturing Warranty

All Bubblitz products are covered by a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This warranty applies under the following conditions:

• The product must be used under normal, everyday conditions as intended.
• The product must be operated strictly as instructed in our official product video guide. Failure to follow the video instructions will void the warranty.

What Is Covered

• Defects in materials or workmanship that arise under normal use
• Functional failures that are directly attributable to a manufacturing fault

What Is Not Covered

• Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or accidents
• Any fault, damage, or malfunction arising after customization of the product — Bubblitz is not responsible for any issues that occur as a result of modifications, alterations, or customizations made to the product by the customer or any third party
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by failure to follow the instructional video guide
• Products with removed, altered, or illegible serial numbers

How to Claim Warranty

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our support team with:

1. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
2. A description of the defect
3. Photos or a short video demonstrating the issue

Our team will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days.

Bubblitz reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a product qualifies for warranty service.
